SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched twice a week, via the Post Office on a second class, signed for service (for deliveries of under 2kg, approx 5 brushes). You need to allow up to 5 working days for this service. The cost of this service is £4.10 within the UK.

I will let you know when your order has been dispatched via email or a messaging service.

If you require a different service, i.e. First Class or a large parcel over 2kg please contact me for a price/quotation.

If you require shipping to other countries please contact me for a price/quotation.

I try to be environmentally friendly, and recycle as much as possible. So, don’t be surprised if your order turns up in a pre-used box! It's what's inside that matters! However, if required, I can offer a bespoke gift wrapping service for any occasion and send your gift to the lucky recipient. A message can be added on your behalf.

RETURNS

Should you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days to do so. This needs to be in writing, via email or a messenger service. I will issue a returns number, along with the returns address. Your item/s need to be received by myself within 14 days of issuing the returns number.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • I do not reimburse the postage charges in either direction, unless goods are faulty.

  • You must make your own arrangements to return goods to me and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. I suggest you send the items back via a signed for service because I cannot accept any liability in the event of non-delivery.

  • The items need to be returned to me in perfect order, along with the receipt/invoice and a covering letter, showing the returns number.

I will then reimburse you, via the way I received your payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that any 'Special Order' items will not be refunded.

Any 'Sales' items are not returnable.

Should you wish to exchange an item a postage fee will apply. Please give full details of your requirements in the covering letter.

RETURNS (FAULTY GOODS)

In the extremely unlikely event of goods needing to be returned because they are faulty please contact me for a returns number and returns address.

  • Under no circumstances should an item be used when damaged/faulty, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their condition.

  • You must make your own arrangements to return goods to me. I suggest you send the items back via a Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service because I cannot accept any liability in the event of non-delivery.

A full refund will be given via the method that I received your payment. Postage in both directions will be reimbursed.

Return postage will only be refunded up to the cost of 2nd class Royal Mail, signed for service.

Should you wish to swap or exchange the faulty item there will be no postage charge to ship the replacement item to you. If you require an exchange please give full details of your requirements.
